Our Flexible Hair Salon Policy

​

  1. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

  2. Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice for a rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit may be required for future bookings.

  3. If you cancel your appointment without rescheduling, your deposit will not be refunded.

No-Show Policy:

  1. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit.

  2. A new deposit will be required for any future bookings.

Tardiness

Inform Us in Advance

A New You Beauty Enhancement Center is a very popular Hair Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily.
